My dad spent years using this space as his painting studio. Unique wooden floors have traces of oil paint & the energy at our now converted seaside home is highly inspiring - people staying here suddenly get business ideas or start writing poems! Our huge cozy couch is perfect for slow mornings & reading books, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The seaside is not far (it takes around 35min on foot, as there is a forest to cross), and it's a 5min car ride.

The first floor with a terrace is a great place for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air. Just a few minutes by ferry to Smiltyne Beach or the Maritime Museum – a great choice for those who want to quickly escape to the sea. Our spacious, newly renovated, cozy and clean 108 sq. m. apartment is in the central part of the city, in the old historical building that is surrounded by valuable historical houses in German architecture style. The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. All attractions just a few minutes walk. Parking: is free on weekends and public holidays for longer stays (from 4 nights) we can arrange parking abonement for yellow zone from 13€ (nonrefundable/payed in advance). Stay in this very cozy, quiet and centrally located apartment. The apartment is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the old town, close to the ferry to Smiltyne. It is always quiet and calm, as the windows face a green park, and it is bright. Parking is paid only on working days, one day fee 1.5 Eur. We only accept people over 21 years of age. Children can only come with their parents.
