Holiday rentals with a patio in Klamath River

Michael's place is perfect, we loved how the room was located upstairs. It is decorated beautifully and very clean. Location is perfect, walkable to the park and library. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again, very recommended!

We were only at Andrew's for one night while passing through, but loved it. It was exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was serene with the natural light pouring through the windows. After a long day of driving, it was nice to watch the deer graze in the front yard. We loved our evening there. One might say.. The Alien Suite was out of this world. Thanks Andrew!!

We loved our stay so much that we booked a second visit almost immediately. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to everything in town. Heather and Eric are clearly proud of their property and maintain it to the highest standard. We 100% recommend!

We loved everything about our stay! The hosts are very warm and friendly, we felt right at home. The apartment is super equipped and very clean. Our highlight was the stunning view! 😍 The place is a dream and I would recommend it to anyone.

What a wonderful stay! Cowslips Belle did not disappoint. We stayed for 10 days, and can honestly say that this was one of our best AirBnB stays ever! It’s walking distance from the hub of Ashland - Main Street, lots of restaurants, & Lithia Park. It’s a beautifully maintained peaceful retreat — all 6 units face a private, lovely grassy area (that our dog thoroughly enjoyed), with a Koi pond too. Our unit —the Lower Unit—was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly, personable and communicative. Even when there was a temporary water shut-off issue, they let us know every step of the way what was happening, and it was fixed within an hour. If you’re looking for a restful nights sleep, on a comfortable bed, with a jacuzzi bathtub & separate stand-up shower, with a full kitchen, then look no further! We are definitely planning on staying here again.

Phenomenal location and great host. Spent New Years and enjoyed walking across the street for dinner. Thoughtful decorations, handy second cottage for our relatively Newlyweds. Husband enjoyed the big screen. I enjoyed walking nearby and of course the overall ambiance of Mt Shasta. Crystal clear view day one, fresh snow to ski day 2. Perfect!

This is a return engagement for me. Shawna, it is a pleasure to stay at Bell Hill. The location is perfect, with a view of the bay. When the weather was good, the front porch served as my office. Quiet yet close to the freeway with a stellar view and everything you need for a short or extended stay. We are in town on a regular basis to visit family—we will be back in a few months. This is a perfect coastal getaway pad! Exactly as pictured and so much more. Abigail was a super host, 100% there for us within minutes through the messaging part of the app. Will definitely be coming back again. Met lots of the neighbors and their dogs! Everyone was great! Can't say enough about it!

Very comfortable house equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of blankets, towels, kitchen and bath supplies - including spices, ziploc bags, paper towels, tissues, laundry soap, lotion, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Nearby Mad River Beach was a beautiful place to visit and a very nice drive! Gas and groceries very close by too.

We had a short, but nice stay at Mark’s place. The fully fenced yard space was very much appreciated by our dogs after several hours in the car. It was clean and comfortable and conveniently located. Definitely a spot that we will consider staying again if we’re in the area!

We lived this charming house. It was very clean and both bathroom and kitchen had a newer feel. The hosts were very responsive to all of my questions and requests. Highly recommend!

Myself and my family had awesome experience. Literally outside her house you have a Redwood trail. The house 🏠 it's little bit amazing. Feels just like home. We will definitely come back here.

This is the fourth of fifth stay at this property and as usual it was a great choice, I like the location and the house is very nice with a great layout for a group of six adults to be social in the large kitchen/living area. Will plan to select this home again on my next Redding visit.

Exceptional location, and gated access made us feel very secure. The windows were a little hazy, but the view is stunning. A beautiful, well-cultivated walk leads down to an absolutely perfect private-access beach. Linens and towels were fluffy, good quality, and very clean. The whole property was clean and well-appointed. Nice coffee options. There are three parking spots directly in front of the unit, and we always found at least one open, which made for super convenient loading and unloading of luggage. No stairs. The highway is close enough that it was obvious when heavy vehicles went by, but it never bothered us. Didn't hear road noise at night, and the highway proximity just means that town/shops/restaurants are easily accessible. Apart from that little bit of daytime road noise, the property was very quiet and peaceful. Didn't hear any neighbors, and the ones we encountered outside were very nice. I would rent here again.

This is my second time staying here, and I am ready for a third visit! Super convenient condo above a delicious restaurant, lots of room to spread out and be comfortable (the beds upstairs and downstairs are so comfy!). Big kitchen! Playing scrabble and watching the ocean—you cannot go wrong with a stay here!

Great place to stay with beautiful sunsets. Marcela is extremely responsive and helpful. The photos on the listing match what you see in person. Amazing views of the river and ocean. Grocery store is door to door 5 minutes away. The town itself is a nice little gem on the Oregon coast. Absolute reprieve from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities. Highly recommend staying here.

Howard and Mary’s place was absolutely perfect. It was the second time we stayed there and we decided we will book this stay next time we go to Shasta. We love how clean and organized the house is. The kitchen is roomy and equipped with everything you need. The house is spacious and very comfortable.

Upon approaching the entryway, we could not get in, as it was not stated to use the # sign after entering the password, so my daughter and I were stuck for a bit before I tried that. We got in fine after that. Instructions were not clear once inside as to how to operate the heater below the TV. We turned it on, only using the power button, and that was it, as it just was not clear what we could and should not do. The TV was great, however, when using Prime or Netflix, there were multiple accounts, we figured these were from previous guests who maybe forgot to sign off? We just did not know, so we did not touch them. In sum, we had a fantastic time, and your place is amazing, I just put these comments above as I know from previous feedback left, that it is useful, just giving you my full experience is all.

Thank you for a great stay at dharma den. So peaceful and well-equipped. The neighbors really helped each other during the heavy snowstorm. Very special place. I look forward to staying again!
