Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Welcome to our mountain cottage, a stone's throw from open nature and cross-country ski trails at Martebäcken. Despite the pleasant feeling of nature and undisturbed location, you are about 4 kilometers away from the center of Lindvallen with everything from new trade area, ski slopes and experience baths to hotels, shops and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.

Corner apartment on the highest level with balcony, with a view in addition to the slopes. Modernly decorated with high standards and a spacious and open plan of 79 sqm. Close to restaurants, après-ski, shop, cafe, etc. Two large parking lots just outside, one with electric car charger. Elevator is available (no compensation for downtime)

The cottage is located in Klippens ski area in the part referred to as “In the middle of the piste”. Ski road to and from the cottage easily takes you down to the ski slope. The cottage consists of four apartments, and this is located at the first floor overlooking the mountain. Access to the wood-fired sauna outside the cottage (shared with the apartment next door). There's also a nice barbecue area next to the cabin.

Booked usually Saturday to Saturday during high season.
