This is an apartment in a mountain cottage with 7 apartments. It is a new 3+kk with a terrace and a parking space. We are currently furnishing the apartment with custom-made furniture. There is a COOP shop and petrol station nearby and the possibility to use the wellness in the nearby hotel Srní. A large part of the most visited places in this part of Šumava is within walking distance. There are cross-country ski trails or bike paths nearby

It is a fully equipped 2+kk apartment with a separate entrance of 56m2 with a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed with a quality mattress for year-round sleeping, a balcony overlooking the ridge of Královský Hvozd and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment also has a crib and a washing machine with a dryer. You can store your bikes, strollers or skis in the cellar. The apartment has one parking space.

The attic apartment above the brewery is very spacious, a duplex, with one separate bedroom and one floor built-in with a double bed. There's a corner tub in the big bathroom. The apartment is located directly above the brewery with beautiful views of the square and the Gothic church. All amenities of the city (shops, restaurants, cinema, bus stop, etc.) are within a minute's walk from the apartment. The apartment is especially suitable for two families or a group of friends in a maximum of 6 people.

I offer for rent one of my two cottages located in Stachy (Jirkalov). The cottage is located on a sunny eastern slope 3 km from the winter sports resort Zadov. It is only 10 minutes walk to the village where there is a shop, bistro, pub, post office, doctor and pharmacy. You'll love it here because the surrounding countryside is beautiful in summer and winter. My accommodation is great for lovers of Sumava who want to spend pleasant and refreshing days in the beautiful Sumava countryside.

A 150-year-old stone cottage consisting of two separate parts A+B in the picturesque village of Albrechtice under the Sedlo lookout tower, 15 minutes by car from Sušice, 15 minutes by car from Kašperk Castle and 37 km from Železná Ruda. We offer a vacation spot for families looking for an escape from the city, but also for groups of friends enjoying hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing and skiing. The total renovation took place in 2023, including underfloor heating and air conditioning.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Nice sitting place outside in the garden with gril. Hamac and gardens chaise long at your disposal. This peaceful place is for me a paradise and source of energy that I would love to share with you.
