Attic apartment by the pond

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

We offer accommodation in a private, attic apartment in the centre of the small town of Lomnice nad Lužnicí (10 km from Třeboň - an attractive place in the south of Bohemia not only for cyclists and families with children). Lots of swimming options (Třeboň aquapark, Veselské sand quarries, ponds). The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, where the lower part is inhabited by my parents - the owners. We are available to our guests if needed and we will be happy to advise you on where to go on trips around the area or with anything else.

The space is literally surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy your stay in privacy and tranquility. For those traveling with their four-legged pets, this place is perfect! There is also a barbecue in the garden. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. I look forward to your visit!

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Beautiful and spacious flat with a terrace

This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. The flat compromises airy open plan kitchen/living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge). The lounge has a LED TV. Wifi available. Bedroom is air conditioned. The velux windows in the bedroom is facing a clean park, approx. 50 metres from a railway. Parking is available in the street.

Chalupa U Čmeláka

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

2 BDR Suite in Guard Tower built 1505-in centre

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
