Running water, power and internet. 4 bikes can be borrowed.

From this central accommodation you have easy access to Bryne with the surrounding area. The place is right by a pond with a lighted walking path in a quiet residential area. It is a short walking distance to grocery store and Håland Industrial area. About 20 min walk to Bryne city center with all the amenities the city has to offer. It is a short drive to lovely Jær beaches and the opposite direction to hiking areas on the Høg-jær. It is about 30 minutes by car or train to Stavanger city center. It is also about a 20 min drive to the Royal Park.

Walking distance to the characteristic nature for the area with great hiking terrain. Beaches with swimming and surfing opportunities are 5-10 minutes' drive away.

The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.
