Nostalgic and cozy living room with unique location

The historic house shows the year 1773 painted on the walls. The house was originally located in the village's cluster yard and was bombed during World War II. When the farm building was erected on the farm, the remains of the house were set up as a living room until the barn and today appears as an intimate and cozy little house with lots of history and soul. All amenities are of course completely modern. The house in the middle of the valley, down towards the fjord and at the innermost part of Høgsfjorden provides an unforgettable holiday in this old living room.

At this quiet accommodation you can enjoy views of the fjord from the living room, the terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the lake. Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

The place is located next to a farm with sheep. Our guests also have free access to a large jetty by the fjord with deck chairs and picnic tables. Preikestolen 10 minutes to parking. Read reviews from previous guests. The view is striking, the place is shielded from traffic and noise. Sun until 22:20 on the longest days. Sit down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can go swimming in a river with fresh mountain water. Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.

With 2 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove and 8 beds, it suits families and friends. Close to ski trails, 5 minutes to the ski resort, and about 1 hour to Kjerag and Lysebotn.

Cozy place at the innermost part of Flekkefjorden. Clean well-made bed. Drinking water/shower, refrigerator simple standard. Towels and consumables such as electricity, soap, toilet paper, firewood and charcoal are included. Do not park at the neighbor's but use the meeting area nearby. Welcome.
