(8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper floor and part of the lower floor with your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. The minimum booking is 8 people for 2 nights. Are you coming with fewer people? Then please send a message first before you book. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

Nice studio in farmhouse with private entrance and exit, parking and garden. Rurally located, with the forest within walking distance and less than 3 km from the cosy centre of Emmen. The studio is equipped with all comforts and is a great base for beautiful cycling and walking trips, a day at Wildlands or shopping in Emmen. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to spend time in your own garden, and when it's cold and bleak, the pellet stove provides wonderful warmth. In short, a great place!!

Ons gastenverblijf met originele oude elementen, bevindt zich in Gees in een eeuwenoude schaapskooi die behoord bij onze boerderij uit 1748. Het is een tweepersoons gastenverbli met woongedeelte en keuken, een ruime slaapkamer en een badkamer. Via de tuindeuren heeft u toegang tot het privé terras. Direct vanuit het verblijf zijn er volop wandel en fietsmogelijkheden in de prachtige natuur rondom Gees. Ook een wandeling door het eeuwenoude dorp met zijn Saksische boerderijen, is een aanrader.

Het is gesitueerd aan de rand van het dorp en daardoor een unieke locatie als uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie uitstapjes in het mooie Drenthe. Een paar stappen buiten de deur en je bevindt je in het Valtherbos. Ook voor de hardlopers, wandelaars en fietsers en ATB ers onder ons liggen er mooie routes in de directe omgeving. Op het terrein bevindt zich ook de woning van de eigenaar.

Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.
