There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper floor and part of the lower floor with your own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and a lovely garden. The minimum booking is 8 people for 2 nights. Are you coming with fewer people? Then please send a message first before you book. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

Nice studio in farmhouse with private entrance and exit, parking and garden. Rurally located, with the forest within walking distance and less than 3 km from the cosy centre of Emmen. The studio is equipped with all comforts and is a great base for beautiful cycling and walking trips, a day at Wildlands or shopping in Emmen. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to spend time in your own garden, and when it's cold and bleak, the pellet stove provides wonderful warmth. In short, a great place!!

Het is gesitueerd aan de rand van het dorp en daardoor een unieke locatie als uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie uitstapjes in het mooie Drenthe. Een paar stappen buiten de deur en je bevindt je in het Valtherbos. Ook voor de hardlopers, wandelaars en fietsers en ATB ers onder ons liggen er mooie routes in de directe omgeving. Op het terrein bevindt zich ook de woning van de eigenaar.

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.
