Welcome to this lovely mountain house in Vemdalen. The house was built in 2023 in a place with the very best sun exposure in a natural area a few hundred meters from Storhogna's lift system and the connecting lift to Klövsjö. Groomed cross-country trails right outside the door. For slalom, glide and walk/skate about 300 meters to the ski in/out connection road towards Klövsjö/Storhogna's slopes. Within walking distance, you will also find the trail center that offers 60 km of cross-country trails. Furthermore, there is a possibility to connect to the snowmobile trail directly from the cabin.

Genuine ski in/ski out, green loop runs right outside the house which will take you down to the lift in 1 min. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, spices, dish soap... Drying cabinet, 2 wc, shower and sauna. Underfloor heating in apartment and storage room. Enjoy the sauna, fire or sunny terrace after a day on the ski slopes or in the mountains. Klövsjö has been named "Sweden's most beautiful village" and is called "Skiers' ski resort". The same lift card is also valid for Vemdalen's four ski areas with 35 lifts and 58 slopes. Quiet location close to the ski area, restaurants, sports shops and a clear swimming lake with jetties.

Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

I boendet finns en rymlig hall med mycket förvaring, kök med diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och bastu, tvättmaskin, balkong, vardagsrum med braskamin samt en fantastisk utsikt över fjället. På balkongen får du solen fram till sen eftermiddag/kväll. Husdjur är tillåtet. Städning genomförs av gäster.Lakan och handdukar ingår ej.
