The apartment 'Udsigten' is located just 150 meters from the sea and in the middle of the wonderful nature right up to National Park Mols Bjerge. The apartment is 60 m2 and is an independent apartment with its own entrance, as part of the private Blushøjgård Kursus- og Feriecenter. The apartment overlooks all four corners of the world. From the cozy bright glass bay window in the living room, there is a sea view and a view over the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmens hill, the region's highest point Kalesbakke and Blushøjgård's apple orchard.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

There are many places with shelter on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal. Here are all the options for outdoor activities.

Quiet surroundings close to nature, we often see squirrels, hares and roe deer in the field. Beautiful sea views over the bay and fields as far as the eye can see, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the covered terrace. In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
