Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

The Ocean House

Come and enjoy Molsbjerge and the unique location in Knebel, with a view of the sunset and coffee in the sun on the terrace. The grounds are surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And only a little walk along the gravel path to the ocean. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the grounds live chickens, cats, and a few ducks that roam freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with children, the home can also accommodate this. There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal.
