On the ground floor is the tavern, a hall suitable for a variety of events such as business meetings, wine tasting, and your family and friendly gatherings , where you can immerse yourself in the mid-century atmosphere. On the second floor are located the three bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a full kitchen.

Ispred same vikendice je letnjikovac u kome su ognjište za roštilj, kotlić ili pečenje , sto za ručavanje i garnitura za opuštanje. Tokom cele godine gostima je na raspolaganju djakuzi sa toplom vodom do 38C. Od maja do oktobra gostima je na raspolaganju i bazen čiju vodu takodje grejemo.
