Holiday rentals in Knott County

I love my stay in Don's Place. It's in the mountains with beautiful surroundings, and it's very peaceful and private. The environment is clean, and I love the fact that I can cook/warm up my food privately. I love the sink which is big enough to do my dishes or wash my hair. It's warm and cozy enough in the space, cool when it's hot outside. I can sit out on the porch and relax, or fire up the grill. Don's Place is big enough space for one or two people with useful amenities.

I took my sisters and children to stay at this Airbnb for a weekend. We loved the peaceful nature aspect, as well as mingling with the farm animal and farm dog! The back porch is covered which was amazing for the hot tub while it rained. Cassie was so helpful and answered us very promptly when we got lost in the rain on the way! Perfect environment for kids who love to play outside, and for parents who love to relax. Would definitely visit again!

very nice house, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath towels, satellite TV was a bonus. I will definitely think about staying here again. Very quiet, comfortable, relaxing place

My family's absolute favorite Airbnb in Pike County...and we have stayed in many. The yard was wonderful. House was pristine, well stocked, and we slept like a rock in the beds. It's a bit remote, but got a good vibe from the well kept properties around the holler. Minor complaint was that drivers like to fly around the corner down the holler, but does not take away from the quiet. Insanely great pricing for the size and amenities.

We travelled from SC for an overnight trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peggy’s place! It was just like it’s described, great location too! The porches are perfect for morning coffee. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Peggy is a great host, her response time to my messaged was quick, she was very accommodating to us and our arrival time! Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

There were six of us in town for Hillbilly Days and the Dwight Yoakum concert and a girls weekend! This was a perfect place to stay. So close to downtown (we could have walked but we chose to drive), but completely private and quiet in a unique setting. The house was very roomy and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We were traveling to the area for a family member who was in the hospital. Unfortunately, Kentucky has been hit with terrible floods, and there were many workers who had traveled there to assist (which is great), and the hotels were all booked up. We were in a pinch when Luann's listing popped up on my AirBnb. Her studio home was perfect for us -- a great price, safe, clean, and comfortable, and surprisingly lovely. (The photos don't necessarily do it justice -- it's perfect for travelers who need a home instead of just a room.). It was spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully, and full of little amenities that hosts don't always think of -- hot cocoa and snacks, throws to snuggle in, a well set up office area, plenty of towels and other nice touches. As my daughter said, it was full of things that we hadn't thought of, as we were rushing to get there. It was perfect for us, AND an excellent deal. Thanks so much again -- it meant the world at a moment we could use a 'break.'
