You will find everything you need and more in this comfortable seaside retreat. Access to the beach is a short walk away. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Water Views - Beach Vacation - Private Balcony

Suites by the Sea is a great location for exploring mid-coast Maine. This studio apartment is located across the street from Lincolnville Beach, close to other coastal towns of Camden, Rockland and Belfast. Acadia National Park is 1 1/2 hours away. This studio is cozy and comfortable with queen size bed, pull-out sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, jetted tub/shower combo and a private balcony with views of the beach and morning sunrises.

Artist's Retreat / Private Maine Waterfront

NOTE: For summer 2025, we rent Saturday to Saturday w/a 7 night minimum stay requirement from June until September. Wake as the sun rises over the islands on the horizon, three miles across the Mussel Ridge Channel. Fall asleep to sounds of water lapping against the beach. Kayak from the beach; have a cold drink & kick back at the picnic table, & crack open local Weskeag oysters, after a day exploring.
