Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park (20 min to Schoodic Point and 35 min to Acadia on Mount Desert Island). Boat rides around Frenchman's Bay are available from our dock. There's a 3 night minimum stay in Cabin 2.

The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. You’ll love the spacious, clean, open cottage with a complete kitchen and propane fireplace. Sit on the porch with a book/glass of wine and watch for seals and schooners. Easy access to the shore along a gradual path and short boardwalk. Great amenities and comfort for vacationers both young and old. Perfect for couples and families (with kids).

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
