Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. Access to the house is entirely private. And We just finished the renovation!

"We stayed for 4 weeks and had a really nice time! Antonio is very friendly and helpful. The place is relaxed with a nice garden. It is central located so easy to explore the north or south. The house is spacious and clean. We would be happy to come back anytime!"

You will have comfort for 2 couples or a family. 2 bedroom villa is located 1 minute walk from the beach, best restaurants, bars, amazing sunsets, gym, sauna. The house is pet friendly, each bedroom has bathroom with the toilet. downstairs you can have a nice relax in a huge living room with the dining table and you can enjoy fully equipped kitchen with the bathroom and toilet. The house has 3 air conditions. It is situated in one of the best parts of the island.

Only 1 km, 15 minute walk to beach. Situated in quiet location only 10 minute walk to Fisherman Village night market every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pet friendly. Property is surrounded by fence, so your dog can roam on property. Fast private wifi fiber internet 300 mbit. Newly renovated in September 2022. "Maya Resort" is 1 km, 10 minute walk from our house. You can use their big swimming pool for a fee. They also have a children's club.
