Nillaya a été très réactive à mes differentes demandes et je l'en remercie. les poins négatifs :Le logement est un peu bruyant car proche d'une route très passante et du feu, climatisation au dessus du lit les points positifs : spacieux, original avec l'évier pour la vaiselle dans le couloir, machine à laver, nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant de reprendre notre avion. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. merci

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war es, abends mit geöffneter Balkontür einzuschlafen – das sanfte Rauschen des Meeres war wie ein beruhigendes Schlaflied und hat uns direkt ins Reich der Träume begleitet. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Manager Morgan, der mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit und zuvorkommenden Art unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Очень понравилось жилье по соотношению цена-качество лучшее за поездку.Квартира уютная, расположение удачное, считай центр Пхукета.До любой локации в пределах 15- 30 мин на скутере.Единственное нарекание к ресепшену т.к получение и сдача ключей через него.При заселении был обед и никого не было пришлось ждать,а при выселении девушек на ресепшене вообще не было ,чудом нашли их в соседней комнате.Данные апартаменты рекомендую,за эти деньги лучший вариант из нашей поездки.

It was great to stay with Ruddy, we had our own bedroom above the restaurant with a massive double bed. Everything was super clean on arrival and it felt very luxurious. He gave great recommendations of things to do in Phuket and on the nearby islands. The room is very larger and the pictures don't quite to that justice! The bed was super comfortable and we felt very safe there. The main town of Phuket is only a cab drive away so if you have the grab app this will be just over 200b per trip.

This place is so beautiful ! I would recommend 100% . We had an amazing stay , the staff is very kind and helpful , the view is incredible , the rooms are splendid . We absolutely loved the pool and the food was very good . I loved the Thai breakfast ! I’m really happy that we got to stay there . Will absolutely book again when we come back in this area . Thank you !

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

사진으로 본 것보다 더 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 침구도 다 하얀색였어요 . 주인하고 하우스키퍼들이 정말 잘 해 주셨어요 . 적극 추천하고 싶습니다. 빨래도 깨끗히 해 주고 접어서 예쁘게 준비 해 줘서 너무 감동 받았어요.

This place was amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a place that was quiet with a beautiful view with easy access to the beach. It was exactly that. I found myself walking into town just to get snacks and drinks so I could get back to just sitting on the balcony in a chair staring at the ocean and watch the spectacular lightning storms we were having in the evening. I used the kayak that was available and toodled around, checking out some of the little pocket beaches and paddling around the oyster farm and sailboats. I ate most of my brunches at the Hill House Restaurant at the top of the stairs, because the staff was friendly and the view was the same as the bnb. It's beautiful and perfect and I would definitely come back. Thanks so much for a great, relaxing week.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Die Naturgeräusche und der private Pool waren für uns die Highlights. Und natürlich der Elefant, der fast jeden Abend an dem Haus vorbeispaziert ist. Das gefilterte Trinkwasser ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt - kein Flaschen schleppen und weniger Müll. Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet, sehr praktisch waren die beiden Bäder. Es gibt eine Infomappe mit vielen Tipps. Die Kommunikation war super, wenn wir eine Frage hatten, wurde schnell geantwortet. Man benötigt definitiv ein Fortbewegungsmittel - ein Roller war ja bereits bei der Buchung dabei, ein zweiter wurde zu einem fairen Preis organisiert und stand bei unserer Ankunft bereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Really lovely house with private pool. Set back from the road so nice and quiet. Just outside of the main town so you can walk to the beach opposite and a couple of restaurants however you would need scooter / car / taxi for other parts but Sebastien has all the contacts and recommendations you need. He is very responsive and helpful - by far the best host around!

This was our second stay at the beach house and it was every bit as magical as the first. We stayed for one week last time and loved it so much we stayed two weeks this time and wished it could have been longer. It's right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, and without the crowds of the many other tourist areas. You don't need a car -- take Bolt if you want to leave the area, it works great and we met some lovely drivers. But we only left twice in the two weeks we were there, the rest of the time we walked to restaurants and the small markets. Up the alley road and to the right on the main road is the best restaurant/smoothies/fresh fruit EVER. It felt like we became friends with the employees and even the cooks came out to say goodbye to us at the end of our two weeks! Also check out The Beach restaurant on one beach over (also an easy walk) for gorgeous sunsets behind Big Buddah. And the apartment -- adorable, comfortable, perfect location and view!

We had a great stay at Eden Villas. Our family of 5 stayed with our friends, also a family of 5, and the villa had plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are spacious, and the outdoor area around the pool is great with beautiful views. The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful section of Krabi, but it was still very convenient to everything we wanted to do. There are also some great cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minutes drive. Lee and Sati are great hosts. Very responsive both prior to and during our stay.

The place is calm, beautiful and relaxing, and the all the restaurants near the place are very good ! The most gentle and réactive host's that i had ! i recommand it to everyone !

Stayed here for 4 weeks and a great little apartment. The pool is small but nice. Gym is small but has most things. Bit of an ant problem in the apartment but for me I wasn’t bothered, someone else might be (it was only noticeable without air con on) Area is so nice, lovely locals and has everything you need, shops, restaurants, bike rental and a variety of foods. Central Phuket a 20 min walk away. Beautiful view of the mountains and sunrise. Need a bike to get to a beach. Shower is decent. Washing machine works perfectly. I work online so strong wifi was a must - WiFi fantastic! Really comfy bed too! Not the quickest at responding to messages for me at first and found it interesting out of 8 months using air BnB around Asia, this is the first host that didn’t give recommendations etc. so was slightly disappointed at that but nothing major, Max is easy going & helpful. Feels very safe around the area. Overall the apartment is cute, cosy and welcoming. Would stay again! Thank you Max

This building is very nice with a great pool and good gym. The location is perfect, with a cute private beach with lots of restaurants right across the street. Everyone was very nice to us. We will stay again. :)

Здесь мы чувствуем себя как дома. Это четвёртая по счёту квартира в этом комплексе в которой мы проживали. Рассказывать про это место не буду) Приезжайте, увидите. Милая девушка Пенни вас встретит. Прекрасное расположение в Bel Air, превосходный вид с балкона, классический ремонт в нормальном состоянии с оригинальной мебелью. Один настольный телевизор. Интернет был нормальный в основном, но иногда в час пик мы переходили на мобильную связь. Отдельные не старые кондиционеры в маленькой спальне и в гостиной. Блоки стоят на балконе, неприятно шумят, сильно дуют тёплым воздухом на лежаки. Стиральная машина вместительная, с верхней загрузкой белья. Холодильник это главная боль этой квартиры. Он иногда шумел так, словно в нем кто то сидел и стучал нам просил о помощи)) Морозильная камера там находится внутри и не было дверцы. Из-за чего нам приходилось размораживать весь холодильник, чтобы избавиться от большого количества намороженного льда. Нижний ящик был сломан. Обещали заменить его.

Lovly went above and beyond. She was responsive at all times of day and night (I mean it!), and when the water heater wasn't working was replaced within a day, and she took great care of me. My only complaint would be that the beds were slightly hard, but overall 11/10 stay and a great host. Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful holiday at Bel Air! This apartment was perfect for my family. It is huge, very spacious, comfortable and cozy. The balcony is outstanding! The furniture, the finishing and infrastructure are very high quality and solid. Few great swimming pools. The staff takes care of the condo area carefully. Everything is very well maintained, even though it's not new. The place is far away from beaches, so you definitely need a transport for comfort living here. But 5-minutes walk there is a 7/11 with all you need. Penny, the manager, very attentive, answered all questions instantly, resolved everything quickly. Thank you for your hospitality and help! There are some problems though. Old plumbing and old noisy air conditioners in two rooms (two other are new), not very fresh couch. If this is fixed, this will be an ideal accommodation for a large group! Despite it this apartment is wonderful! All the disadvantages cover the huge advantages. We will definitely come back again!
