On one side is the center, on the other is a beautiful promenade and beach. Perfect place for families with children and for a vacation with a group. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room, a fold-out sofa in the living room. The apartment has 2 balconies: a small one and a large one with a seating area and a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.

Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.
