Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Kochi

Minsaf and his team were always available for any queries we had and helped to make our stay comfortable. Convenient location on the way to the airport, not too far from the main city area either. The place was kept clean and stocked with essential supplies. Would definitely visit the place again.

The stay is wonderful and located in a peaceful apartment building. Anna was proactive and made sure we had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Kottayam.

We had a great stay at FeelHome in Fort Kochi. The place has a beautiful vintage vibe, with wooden floors and a charming old-building feel. The setup was very comfortable — cozy beds, a sofa to lounge on, and even a projector for entertainment. Everything we needed was available in the room. Amal, who took care of us, was very helpful. The entire stay was smooth and hassle-free. All the main attractions in Fort Kochi were very close by, which made getting around super easy. And a nice touch — the AC was already on when we arrived, which felt perfect in the Fort Kochi heat. Overall, a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Kochi! We had a fantastic experience staying at this lovely 2BHK apartment in Kochi. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Both bedrooms were comfortable, with fresh linens and great air conditioning—perfect after a day out exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for basic cooking, and the living area was cozy for relaxing in the evenings. Jeff’s dad took care of everything so well. What really stood out was the location—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to cafes, restaurants, and key attractions like Lulu Mall and Water Metro Station. It felt like a real home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kochi—whether you're here for a short getaway or a longer stay. We’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderdul stay. It was really spacious and beautifully furnished. Very neat and clean. Car parking space is available. Extra cars can be accomodated easily just outside the property.

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. Would highly recommend the apartment!

Ramana and Karthick have built out an amazing place, we stayed there for 9 days and were doing workcation. The wifi and the house amenities mentioned are exactly how they have been mentioned. our stay eas extremely peaceful and we faced zero friction with anything over there. Karthick is a great host, zero disturbance, great person to talk to, very responsive to needs and also a travel guy to help you with information with your sight seeing. The building is located at a great place. Its worth every penny charged, actually felt undercharged. The property is very clean as it is cleaned everyday and feels like a home. Has all the machines required, washing machine, automatic vaccum, fridge, utensils washer and fully stacked kitchen. Highly recommended place. It was a premium experience.

Spent 4 days prior to leaving India after 3 months on the move. Felt home from home. Great to have a washing machine. The air con worked well, not noisy at night. Enjoyed having a balcony and felt at home. Rajesh was very helpful and always answered quickly to messages before and during my stay there. Could accommodate 4 adults as large double bed with a sofa settee on the living area so separate bedroom. Solo traveller but will stay again as a couple. There is security on the front door so felt safe and easy to have Zomato deliver if you don’t want to make use of kitchen facilities of halogen hob and fridge.

Madhu is the perfect host and even treated me to two wonderful meals in the short time that I was there. His place was really "Home away from home". His place is super clean,tidy , well furnished, ,killer view, we'll situated....... and having work to complete, I was overjoyed that the room had a work-table , a electrical plubgboard and an office chair. He even offered a large screen , external monitor, since my laptop screen is damaged. Madhu is warm, friendly, considerate and ultra responsive to one's needs . I wish I had about a week more to stay there. If that beautiful, quiet area is where you wanna stay, Madhu's place is 100%, "best pick". I will always check there for availability when in town.
