Apart from downhill skiing and cross country skiing (the FIS Nordic Combined season kicks off in Ruka) there are numerous hiking trails, including the famous Karhunkierros (Bear's Round), crosscountry ski &snowmobile routes, biking routes, fishing, bird watching, bear watching and also ample time to enjoy a sauna and peaceful silence.

During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä.
