Idyllic little house in the center

You're on your own, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric Tiny House. There is a passage from the street through a small terrace inside the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate living room. The bed is a 140cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140 *200 cm) must be spread out. If necessary, an extra mattress can be arranged. The apartment has underfloor heating and the air source heat pump cools in the summer heat. The convenience store is almost around the corner and the store market is about 250 m.

Close to skate, outdoor and jogging areas, ski trails in the winter, four summer restaurants, and a small boat harbor and a marine park with a sandy beach. Approximately 2 km of separate paved walk/bike path to town. Glazed balcony, including swimming pool, ice rink, demolition track, and off-road trails nearby. A cruise ship to the lighthouse island Tankari departs from the adjacent marina.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

However, a very quiet courtyard apartment with park views. The apartment has just been renovated, the furniture is new and the materials are of high quality.
