The cottage is equipped with electricity, a kitchen and hotwater. There is a separate sauna with shower. The bathroom is separated from the cottage and has a composting toilet. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

The cabin has electricity, but no tap water, so the guest must bring drinking water. Bathing water is carried from the lake. Suitable for small families and friends, as well as for small events/evening gatherings. The nearest store is about 5 km from Sievi village. In winter, Louekallio ski resort is about 5.8 km away.
