Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

Absolutely the best stay we have had in a while. From the host’s proactive email to us with very clear check in instructions,, to the concierge activity services, everything was a dream. The place is beautiful, modern, and looks exactly like the photos. It was perfect and spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen and fully stocked with everything- crockpot, coffee bean grinder, plenty of pots and cooking utensils. The washer/dryer was a plus. Our kids loved their daily pool time after relaxing around Kauai. Walkable to 2 shopping centers and the beach. Everything else is just a few miles away! We enjoyed relaxing and slowly starting each day in the condo, and ending it in the condo. Two beautiful lanais and we appreciated the fan on the lanai. Check out was also so easy. No fuss or extra requirements. Definitely will come back here when we return to Kauai.

This was our second stay and the condo did not disappoint! We love the location near the beach and pool, and felt very comfortable in the unit. It is comfortably lived in and there is some wear and tear on finishes, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We hope to return again soon.

The house is perfect for a family of 4 adults and 3 kids. Walking distance to beach. The house was well equipped with everything needed to go to the beach, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers etc. he even had umbrellas for when rain came down hard! House was easy to find except they were re-doing the parking lots so one side was closed causing some difficulty finding parking while they re surfaced it. They did both parking lots while we were there aside from this easy parking. Pools are kept very clean and their pool bathrooms. Very quiet at night and ac thru out house is huge! House was very clean except we saw roaches walking around here and there which is normal on the island they are everywhere . They recently sprayed so I’m sure there is only so much that they can control from getting inside. Overall, we loved that a family of 7 fit comfortably and that we had 2 bathrooms and AC and everything needed to go to the beach easily. Recommend for small families!! 7 fit comfortably

It is in a beautiful location with stunning views. Close to all the spots on the north shore. The house was perfectly laid out with two master bedrooms one up and one down. The place had AC which was nice. There was snorkeling equipment and all the beach equipment that you needed. It had a pack and play for the baby and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were a little firm for my liking and the pillows uncomfortable but other than that it was a great find. Would stay here again.

We had a very pleasurable stay! Attractive and nicely appointed unit with super comfortable sitting area, small kitchenette area with fresh Kauai coffee, bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress and large dresser, and full bath. Unit was exceptionally clean and quiet, and within walking distance to shops, cafes and the beach. Overall, completely exceeded our expectations. Communications with Susan were answered quickly. Would recommend highly!!

Beautiful and spacious home in a quiet gated community. Immaculate with modern amenities and was exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely be planning our next stay here again soon.

My family and I stayed for 7 days and were quite pleased with the service of Piko Realty and its management of services. The interior was very clean and everything worked. I would recommend this listing to friends and I would stay here again.

This villa was perfect for our family visit. Everyone had plenty of space, we loved the view of the mountains from our lanai/s. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in easy. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers too! Would highly recommend. Close to everything!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. My daughter is 3 and there was plenty of space for her to play and entertain herself, wallet was raining. The bedrooms were comfortable. There was a wonderful breeze the ceiling fans and box fans were nice to help. Push some air through the bedrooms to make very comfortable sleeping arrangements. There is very nice coffee shop a three minute walk to 1 Hotel that provides a beautiful scenic walk. We enjoyed all the walking paths for early-morning walks. The Airbnb has all the amenities you need for a long weekend kitchen as well equipped with all the necessities to cook your own meals. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit if you go to the beach and need to wash the sand out of your clothes. We were comfortable our whole stay and will stay again.

We had an amazing stay at JT’s condo in Princeville. The unit is beautiful, very clean and includes absolutely anything you could possibly need during your stay! The location in Princeville was perfect for all of our Kauai adventures. JT is extremely responsive and very helpful…he includes a very comprehensive list of do’s and dont’s which we appreciated. We travel fairly extensively with airbnb and this may be the very best experience we have ever had.

Ryan was a great host. We loved the rainbow shack! It was a spacious and beautifully decorated home. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We also utilized the office/work area. Our two boys were at the pool everyday. Location is convenient and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

We LOVED this place. The views were amazing, the interior was so well decorated and spotless. We were so grateful for the beach amenities provided (chairs, umbrella, cooler backpack). The availability of AC was important to us while booking but in the five days we stayed, we never turned it on because the ocean breeze and fans were so perfect. We truly felt at home.

As always ours was a wonderful time. This is our family home away from home. Ena's improvements have made it even better. Beach and pool offer all we need. Farmers Market and great restaurants all walking distance and , of course, the best bakery on the island, Passion Bakery just down the street doesn't hurt. It is modest compared to the big condos but the beach is at your toes. The kitchen has everything you need, lovely beds, outdoor table for dining and lots of water toys. We love it!

We loved Jamie’s home! It was in the perfect location in Princeville. The home had great energy and she is SO kind. We loved the north shore, the area of her home, being close to restaurants, views, beaches, etc. We had no problem walking through her kitchen to the separate apartment area. It’s very private and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Absolutely outstanding week at Lisa’s place! It was so beautiful inside and out! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners and all details were so thoughtfully laid out. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice place with everything you need, including beach stuff. Roomy and clean, the kitchen has everything you need and far more than just the basics. Walking distance to a few beaches and a restaurant. Avoid the Hotel places nearby though. You need a car to go to the grocery store or if you want to explore the island. For the beach, I suggest to just walk. The lanai is almost always in the shade, so if you need a day away from the sun, the two loungers are very comfortable. Or just sit outside and have a beer. A pool is close by and I have never seen it busy, so if you want to just take a short dip in the evening, it is worth a visit.

Fell in love with the first photo view with this townhouse. Same as description. The view is beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maylene is a nice and responsible hostess. She is easy to communicate and always responded. Highly recommended!
