There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor barbecue (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a fridge, and a gas hob/cooker. There are plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. There are also frying pans and saucepans. There is no water supplied, so we will fill a water bottle with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing up. Welcome to our beautiful mini-house located on a beach property, a short drive from Preikestolen. The guest house is for two people with a 160 cm bed, parking space just outside the door, wireless internet, smart TV, kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kinds of utensils (pots, plates, glasses etc). Bathroom with shower and toilet inside the guest house. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wall-mounted panel heater in the main room. The guest house has a private entrance and is separate from the house, only 17 sqm.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to Preikestolen, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and Kongeparken, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and contains a living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. There is both sleeping space and dining table space for four. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and stove as well as TV and wireless broadband.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.

Preikestolen 10 minutes to parking. Read reviews from previous guests. The view is striking, the place is shielded from traffic and noise. Sun until 22:20 on the longest days. Sit down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can go swimming in a river with fresh mountain water. Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
