Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with the lookout tower and the sea as a neighbor. Small, charming home surrounded by views. You live in a small annex on the way to the tower. You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small farmhouse with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill to the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea, or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the lookout tower. The view extends over the sea and fjord. You can walk along the field road to a lovely, uncrowded beach in 8 minutes.

First row to Kattegat

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

The area invites you to enjoy beautiful walks in the forest or along the beach to Lynæs or Hundested, where you will find good restaurants and cultural life. Spacious with plenty of space in both the living room and kitchen. On the large terrace, you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor fireplace with a view. Canoe (2.5 people can be rented)

Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Top-class nature experiences with 300m to the forest and 2 km to Denmark's best beach. We can't wait to welcome you in.

Summer house on Sejerø in the 1st row to the beach and nature

Here you can wake up to the sound of the sea and see stars at night. The cottage is located in the 1st row to the water and the nature area on southern Sejerø. Peaceful with good fishing opportunities, beach and rich wildlife right outside. The cottage is 85 m² and has 2 terraces. It is smoke-free, pet-free and cleaned with allergy- and environmentally friendly, fragrance-free products. Final cleaning as well as electricity and water are included in the price (see specifications below).

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

On the beautiful Halsnæs near Lynæs, this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170 years of history, with a new kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is separate from the rest of the property. There are 4 bicycles available.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
