Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The house is located on a large plot of land where meadows, streams, playgrounds, football pitches, trampolines, orchards, campfire sites, etc. make the possibilities for activities countless. You can go for walks via trails directly outside the door, in the beautiful nature. You can take bike rides to the forest, lake and Sagnlandet Lejre… or you can hop on the train to Roskilde (5 min.) or Copenhagen (30 min.). If you need to unwind, there is a small private garden behind the house and inside you will find a home theater, board games, Lego and much more.

The apartment is located in a 3-winged farm, it is completely renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up to the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for holidays and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and it is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where you can barbecue and play games. Nice charming wooden house, which is located as an annex to a closed farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden terrace. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with large sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on a 1½ person bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately, it's not a handicap-friendly house.

The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.
