Holiday rentals with a patio in Konitsa

One of the best apartments I've rented. Everything was just like the description and photos. Warm apartment, even had a dehumidifier! What struck us was the very good materials used and the excellent consumables (towels, sheets, etc.). The host is also excellent, friendly and always helpful. Ideal for a stay of 3 people or more.

Very nice space, comfortable and very clean, fully equipped from appliances to cleaning items.

Drini had a lot of patience, he was aware of our trip and arrival time as we had problems with the google maps. We were at home, very comfortable, clean and very rested. It has been a real pleasure.

Apartment is right in the centre of the city near restaurants and cafes. Below is a very active cafe/bar but no noise can be heard from inside the apartment. Host was always responsive. My only advise to those who will visit in summer - ask Albion to switch on the AC the night before so that it can cool down, particularly the bedroom. The AC is not in the bedroom but in the main Kitchen/living room. Having said this, we requested a fan for the second night and Albion got us a fan first thing in the morning. Recommended.

Very beautiful and quiet location. The house was spotless with a very beautiful garden. We didn't miss anything. The host is very friendly and kind. We will definitely prefer it again on an upcoming trip and highly recommend it. We had a great time. Thank you so much!

The stay was excellent. The location of the place is very convenient. Next to the lake, very close to the castle and cafes, restaurants and other shops. The room spotless and Alexios very helpful, polite and easily accessible. Of course I will prefer it on the next trip to Ioannina.

We were completely satisfied with our stay in this apartment! The location was in one of the most convenient spots in the city as access to most places was done comfortably on foot. The house was spotlessly clean and just like the photos. It had all the essentials to move around comfortably the days you stay there. The aesthetic of the space was very nice and the price definitely corresponded to the offers of the space, the apartment was absolutely worth the money. The host responded immediately and was available for any issues you might have. I would definitely choose this apartment again!

Impeccable stay and host The house a real gem Highly recommend

The house was super clean with all the comforts. While it is semi-basement it was very bright, it was quiet while it is in the new market and I had immediately available that I wanted from shops and services. Mr. George is an impeccable host who helps with anything you need and responds promptly to home issues or not. If I visit Ioannina again, the only sure thing is that I will come back to this house.

We spend a night there with a group of six friends to explore the surrounding mountains and villages. The check in/out was very easy, plenty space for parking, heating was on when we arrived so we got into a very warm house. Nice extra was the welcoming tsipouro (local drink). We loved the fireplace, the views from the big windows, and the traditional atmosphere and decorations of the house. The top room was also very beautiful. WiFi worked very well. Overall, everything went well as expected.

Zoe’s place was amazing and pristine as shown in the photos. Zoe is a great host, communicative and kind, definitely recommend booking your stay with her! Metsovo is a breathtakingly beautiful place and I can’t wait to be back.

We enjoyed this place very much. The view outside is breathtaking and you can see the snowy mountains when drinking your coffee. The place is fully equipped with everything you need including kitchenware and basic groceries(coffee, pasta, spices etc) and also everything for general cleaning and laundry. The heating system works great and the apartment is warm as much as you like. Water for shower is relatively limited for 4 people but we managed. Evi the host is very responsive for every question. The place is close to the old market and city center which means you have all the shops, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Konitsa in my opinion is a balaced place between beautiful and quiet village and a place where you can find everything you need for your stay.

The place is in a very calm neighbourhood just 10 minutes away from the city centre. Everything in the house is brand new. Totally deserved it.

Great and cozy place in Ioannina. Not very far away from the centrr via car yet with great price and hosts. Everything was as described and showed on photos. And they are dog friendly place!❤️

Smiris was very welcoming and nice. We got to the Airbnb fairly late and he was there to greet us and show us to our room. Through out our whole stay he was available for any question we had, and always asked how we were doing. The place was was very clean and the view to the mountains was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying there during your visit to Ioannina.

A lovely space in a really beautiful location. A cozy, beautiful house, with a large garden and playground, very close to the city of Ioannina, in a quiet and green village. Alexandros was a great host, always there for us. The home was great and I highly recommend it to everyone.

A warm and welcoming space exactly as shown in the photos. Clean house, spacious and comfortable even for a group of 6 like us. We didn't miss anything, fully equipped, large rooms, with heating and hot water throughout our stay. In a quiet location very close to the center. There is also a parking spot right outside the house. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to feel at home on vacation.

Elena’s place was amazing! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be in the center of Ioannina. ALOT of restaurants and bars that are walking distance!

Great location near the market, cafes, and close to the port. The apartment was spotless, spacious, quiet at night, and very pleasant. Hosts were very discreet and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.
