The parking permit is available upon request. Second bed one time fee is $40. No cleaning fees. No parties. Live like a Georgetown resident! This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of Georgetown townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants
