Peaceful accommodation for a relaxing family holiday. A small, comfortable studio house is available for daily rent, with all amenities and parking for cars. The house has internet, hot and cold water, gas heating, and its own garden. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 1 to 4 people, including bedding, towels and kitchenware. Mykolaiv Terraces - Hut on the top

From the terrace of the cottage at the top, there is an amazing view of the slopes of Mykolaivka and our estate, Mykolaivski Terasy. This is the first Ukrainian house that we have restored. A house with all modern comforts. There is a canteen on the premises. Bicycles are freely available, and you can reach the Ros river in 20 minutes. Each house is decorated with ceramic works by our incredible friends and artists - David Sharashidze and Gia Miminoshvili. Visit us if you want to relax simply and comfortably!

Mykolaiv Terraces - Hut in the Valley

A cosy place that guests have loved since 2023. A restored Ukrainian hut with modern comforts. There is a canteen on the premises. Bicycles are freely available, and you can reach the Ros river in 20 minutes. A house hidden between elms and maples, a 5-minute walk through the garden to the playground of our estate, with a picturesque view of the slopes of the village of Mykolaivka. Each house is decorated with ceramic works by our friends and artists - David Sharashidze and Gia Miminoshvili.

In a minute, you can be on the banks of the Ros River and a large quarry, where there is a beach, and you can also spend time jumping into the water from different heights. Walking along the banks of the Ros River, in 25 minutes you can reach the Lopukhin-Demidov Estate. If you need a break from the stormy city and the fast pace of life, then this is the place where you will enjoy peace and quiet.
