Our Apartments Residence is an excellent choice for more demanding clients. Tourists, business people, and families with children will all find something to enjoy. The apartments are located in the city centre and are an ideal choice if you want to visit the city centre and sights. They are also characterized by very good transport accessibility and complete civic amenities. ATTENTION: the apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people, but this does not mean that if you book for one person, 4 can come. The price varies according to the number of persons!

Quiet accommodation, 4 minutes from the city center

Quiet apartment on the 1st floor in a 3-storey new building under Furča. Only 12 minutes by bus from the city center, 3 minutes by car. You will be accommodated in a spacious 2-room apartment. There is a large bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. You can also enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery. The apartment can easily sleep 4 people using a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a reserved parking space since 5.15.2023. Guests can use the Ria wellness entrance with a 15% discount.

Room has separate bathroom with toilet, separate entrance, russian, english and german speaking hosts. There is double bed in the upper part of the room. There are sofa bed, small table, desk with chair and wardrobe in the lower part of the room. There is kitchen corner next to the room with small refrigerator, cooker and basic equipment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Windows are opened to silent court. Check in and check out time is possible to adapt :-)
