MOMI Homes is comprised of two homes, North and South located on a hill overlooking the turquoise sea and the beautiful Chora of Koufonisi. This listing is for the North Home. Each en suite room has its own private entrance and there is a common area for everyone to come together at the living room/kitchen and outdoor area. MOMI Homes are designed for a peaceful and relaxing stay, with Chora of Koufonisi just minutes walk away and the island’s beaches easily reached on food or by car.

Loft 1 is one of the 4 independent, family and luxury apartments of the LOFTS the Village Summer Apartments complex. It is new and equipped to the fullest, offering you a stay of comfort, style and absolute relaxation. The apartment is located in the historical village of Marmara. The private courtyard with the jacuzzi, the outdoor seating area and the beautifully decorated space are in complete harmony with the serenity of the location and promise you unique moments of relaxation.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Thea (Evi4) Koufonissi

Lovely studio 23m² with sea view in traditional island style on Koufonissi island (small Cyclades). The property is at the quiet side of the main village (Louros area): 450m (4 mins walk) to the central beach of the settlement (Ammos beach), 300m (3 mins) to the nearest taverna, pharmacy, super market, medical centre, 400m to the travel agent's and ATM and 800m (10 mins) to the port. All amenities within 5-10mins walking distance.

Ma Mer, Seaside Holiday home

In the most special part of Naxos Town, literally on the sea of Grotta, is the traditional residence Ma Mer. A 1906 building fully renovated in July 2022 and equipped with all the amenities that make guests feel at home.
