Relax with the whole family in this home by a lake surrounded by the Småland forests. By the lake you can fish and swim. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning that provides a comfortable indoor temperature even on the hottest days of summer. The house is located just 10 minutes from the summer town of Västervik, and 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's world. Within 10 minutes drive, there are several lakes for fishing. The accommodation consists of a house of 100 sqm and a guest house of 25 sqm as well as a terrace of 80 sqm with a view.

In Gunnebo there is a sea beach and a small grocery store. Toven, one of Västervik's finest inland bathing places, is about 10 minutes away at Västrum, which also offers a beautiful archipelago. Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby can be reached in 45 minutes and the location is ideal for day trips to Kalmar, Linköping, Norrköping and Jönköping.

Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. The cottage has one bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people, a small living room with a sofa bed 120 cm. Small kitchen between the rooms with two hobs, a microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower and sauna. Outside the cottage is a smaller terrace and a larger lawn. In the cottage area there is a child-friendly swimming area with a jumping tower and jetty, a common sauna for booking, frisbee golf, playground and several nice walking paths.

A charming Swedish house in a unique location, at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of the beautiful Schären archipelago. Here you can enjoy spectacular views: on one side the open sea and on the other the fascinating archipelago landscape – the perfect place for a relaxing break. This modern house is fully equipped; Wi-Fi, a TV for streaming, a dishwasher and a washing machine are, of course, provided. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so there are 4 sleeping places in total.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the centre. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Flivik Lyckåsa - The Yellow Villa

A warm welcome to the fantastically located archipelago property Flivik Lyckåsa. This is where Swedish artist Lennart Rhode lived and was inspired by the idyllic natural surroundings. The large natural plot and the stylish "Gula Villan" offer many wonderful and peaceful moments with family or friends. The generous jetty invites you to take a morning dip and sunbathe. For the adventurous, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUP) are available for hire.
