Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kpone Katamanso

We had a good stay overall. ADU made it memorable. Went out of his way to make us feel at home . We like the area it was close to everything, supermarket, pharmacy restaurant there was even a pizza place nearby for my son. 15 of us stay comfortably in two houses. The only complain that I would say I had was the house needed a little bit more decor to make it feel more homey. Some greenery or trees in the house would help also more pots and pans if you’re hosting that big of a group you should have more utensils.

Peter was an outstanding host who truly exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure every need my family and I had was taken care of. He went above and beyond by arranging our airport transfers both to and from the accommodation, which made our trip so much smoother and stress-free. The accommodation itself was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. I can’t recommend Peter enough and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Thanks to Adwoa and her husband for hosting us. They were very nice and ready to help at all time. They house is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The house is in the gated community, and we were safe. It has a modern generator set to use in case the light goes off, the rooms are spacious and clean (i was in the master bedroom), and bathrooms neat. The house was well decorated; we had access to the internet, local channels, and Netflix. I am recommending this house. Thank you again.

Peter (the host), Mrs. Theodora (the owner) and Noah (the cleaner) were all very friendly and helpful to me throughout my stay at their property. They also expressed general concern about anything that inconvenienced me, such as occasional city electricity and water outages, even though their property is fitted with a generator, and a big water tank and its associated water pump - which conveniently get clients through the times of those utilities outages. Another important thing about this property is that the rent being charged, the internal and external space, amenities provided and the good location of the property are all good deals for its residents. Peter and Mrs. Theodora also provided some useful connections that contributed to the overall success of the objectives of my mission in the Greater Accra Region. In light of all of the above, I really enjoyed my stay at this property and will highly recommend it to anyone seeking my opinion about it.

This is the second time we've been to William's house. It was just like the first time - fantastic. We will come back!
