The house is about 90 m². On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen, fireplace, sofa and a TV corner as well as bathroom with toilet and shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 4 single beds and a shower room. A wood-burning stove can be used and the partially covered terrace is equipped with seating. The quiet location on the edge of the holiday park distinguishes this non-smoking house. No pets or parties allowed.

Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Our lovingly designed apartment awaits you on the edge of the old town of Murau. Perfect for couples or small families, our home offers all the advantages for an unforgettable stay. The 51m² living space offers room for up to 5 people - 1 bedroom with double bed + double sofa bed + single sofa bed. You can park directly next to the building in carport number 1 with a height of 1.80m. There are also other public parking spaces near the building.

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
