Very nice house. Located on quite place, close to main attractions. Juste was so helpful, kind - appreciated that a lot.

The place is really minimal and basic. However, it is very cheap. Exactly what I was looking for, in my stay. Next to Palanga but not inside it, so you need to drive by a car to be comfortable. It was difficult for me to locate it because Google Map was not able to route / show the way correctly, however this was solved with instructions in chat and I managed to find the place.

1. The place is amazing, we stayed for 2 weeks with our dog. The photos fully match reality, the apartment is comfortable, and clean, with all the needed stuff to stay for a long and short time. The place is private, silent and extremely peaceful, even thought it is surrounded by other apartments (you cannot really see or even hear the neighbors). 2. The sea is 15-20 minutes walk - ideal if you like to walk and/or have a dog to walk. There is also pool in the general area + sauna in 5 mins walking range. 3. Host is awesome - answered quicky, provided all the instructions, made it clear. Very friendly and nice person! Thanks a ton for hosting us!

Logement confortable et à proximité de la vieille ville. Je suis resté une nuit et le séjour c'est bien passé. Malgré tout, les rideaux de la chambre ne sont pas épais alors que la fenêtre donne directement au parking. Je pouvais voir le passage des personnes et le parking lui même malgré les rideaux fermés.

We had a good time at Martyna’s place. It’s big, comfortable, beautiful and brand new house with a covered veranda and a spacious garden, which was especially appreciated by our children. Close to the beach. Inside the house there is everything for a comfortable and quiet holiday, including blackout curtains! We had a force major during our stay and we really appreciated Martyna’s réaction towards our situation. Thank you very much and we highly recommend this new elegant house for holiday to everyone !

Wonderful place! we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Irma's place. Great location too: close to the beach and within short cycle along the coast to Palanga. Definitely will looking to book again as well as recommending to friends and family!

Apartment was just like the pictures, very clean, modern and well-equipped. The only minus is that you have to wait very long for warm water and eve after a while it was not as warm as we would have liked. But overall - great place, sea is not too far. Would recommend.

Bardzo polecam te miejsce, bardzo dobry kontakt z Panem Tomasem, w środku bardzo czysto, sa wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, kuchnia cała wyposażona, suszarka do ubrań, piękny obiekt bardzo zadbany, basen czysty , oświetlony i podgrzewany, niedaleko do morza, spokojna okolica. Na pewno wrócę za jakiś czas, polecam!

Labai jaukūs apartamentai, jūra netoli, jausmas kaip namie. Viskas netgi geriau nei tikėtasi. Apgalvota kiekviena detalė, įrengimas tobulo grožio, ideali tvarka. Yra absoliučiai visos reikalingos priemonės ir įrankiai. Esant galimybei sugrįšim 😊

Muchas gracias Erikas por todo, la pasamos muy bien en la casa, mis hijos estaban muy felices con la piscina que está al lado del departamento y el parque a unos metros. Recomiendo mucho esta lugar para familias. Nos encantó quedarnos aquí y regresaremos de todas maneras de nuevo ☀️

Mūsų apsistojimas apartamentuose buvo puikus! Vieta ideali, apartamentai buvo švarūs, tvarkingi ir puikiai įrengti su viskuo, ko prireikė komfortiškam poilsiui. Lovos patogios, o virtuvėje buvo visi reikiami indai ir prietaisai. Šeimininkė buvo labai maloni ir paslaugi, suteikė visą reikalingą informaciją, bendravimas buvo greitas ir sklandus. Tikrai rekomenduoju šiuos apartamentus visiems, ieškantiems komforto ir gero aptarnavimo. Ačiū už nuostabią viešnagę – būtinai sugrįšime dar kartą!

Nice, clean place in a safe building

Very pleasant, nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The sea is nearby, a grill and a pool are near the house. It was just difficult to find which was the right entrance door to the building. and the night curtains were missing. But we were very satisfied. Thank you

The apartment was clean and cozy. Had everything we needed as well as parking spot and terrace. Communication and check in without issues. Located just a short walk from the beach. Would come back again.

Viskas buvo puiku, tik vienintelis užkliuvęs dalykas, tai vandens slėgis maudantis. Maudantis stipresne srove slėgis tiesiog nukrisdavo ir vanduo bėgdavo silpnesne srove nei turėtų. Tačiau apart to, viskas buvo idealu tiek pačiuose apartamentuose, tiek bendravime.

Nice and clean place to stay. Just make sure you are with a car cause its pretty far from everything else. But in general - beautiful and cosy place to stay.

Trevlig och hjälpsam värd! Bra lägenheter för fler familjer som reser tillsammans. Vi kunde sitta ute på terassen och fick bra tips på restaurang och hjälp med tvätt. Bra valuta för pengarna! Vi trivdes bra!

Clean & stylish, located in a quiet town 16min from the sea. Very responsive and pleasant host. Highly recommend!

The location is outside of Sventoji on a lonely road. Far enough to relax and without the noise of the party locations. Very comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need. The surrounding area ( garden) with small playground, baketball, relax area is very nice. Very friendly and helpful owner. The water smells a little bit strange and the temperature is not stable.

I have felt very comfortable in this tiny house for two weeks! It was very good for my cat and me. I appreciated to feel independant, to have my own bedroom/bathroom/kitchen in this separate house, and to have access to the garden. The kitchen is very basic (two electric plates on a fridge in the small bathroom, washing the dishes in the handbasin) and it would be difficult to prepare complicated meals for several people. But it is practical to have it to cook simple things. I found the whole place very clean. The garden is beautiful, next to the river, and it was a pleasure to spend time in this green and quiet environment, yet so close to the town centre. Rasa and her family are wonderful people! She gave me some good advice about places to visit, things to eat from the garden and so on. She speaks several languages, and the communication was always very easy and pleasant with her and her family. I appreciate the way they take care of their house and garden, to make it such a lovely place. I definitely recommend this house!
