My place is in Kreuzlingen /Switzerland a few meters from the university city of Konstanz. The apartment has a sensational lake view. You can see the island of Reichenau and Meersburg. Good train and bus connections. Parking at the house. Good connection to Zurich Airport. Highway towards Zurich. Cycling, sailing and all water sports, climbing garden, Mainau Island, Reichenau Island, Lake Constance Week, Lake Night Festival, Open Air on the lake., Christmas market. There is a garage for bicycles.

Von dieser zentralen Lage aus, seid ihr zu Fuß in 12 min in der Konstanzer Altstadt und in 15 min am Bodensee. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 1 min von der Wohnung entfernt & die Bahn 7 min. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 x Bett 180x200cm und 1 x 140 x 200cm). Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Sofa. Das Apartment hat eine Fußbodenheizung und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt einen überdachten 30qm Balkon. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Das erwartet dich: -ein gemütlicher Zirkuswagen -eine Sauna mit Holzheizung -eine Outdoor Dusche, warm/kalt -unsere Katzen werden dich besuchen;-) -Esel, Hühner und Schafe sind auch hier Zuhause (in der Alpzeit nicht) -2 ältere Velo's stehen bereit

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 4 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed 140x190cm.
