Well kept throughout the decades by our family, it is a place which makes you feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that offers the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you wish to adventure on the mountains, stay in for a barbecue, go for a stroll over the nearby hills, go for a quick dip in the stream, home-office with a beautiful view, or even just disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Ein Balkon bietet Platz um den Morgenkaffe entspannt genießen zu können.Kostenloses TV und Wlan steht Ihnen im ganzen Haus zur Verfügung.Ein genussvolles Frühstücksbuffet können wir gleich nebenan anbieten. Many destinations can be reached in 1 hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking and much more.

My Home is a castle - in our Burghof, which was converted into the Annakapelle in the 15th century, we offer you newly renovated rooms. Experience the special feeling of residing in a historic building. The accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4 people, it has a private bathroom with toilet and shower. You can share our kitchen, but we will not be present during your stay.

Find a quiet nature experience – get off at a time PS: We also have a new second property in the location ("Loft on the edge of the forest with a view"). Our farm is located on a slope towards the west at 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by its own meadows, pastures and forests. There is peace and solitude here. Guest charging station available.
