The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Firewood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. You have access to everything. 15 minutes by bus number 6 into the central station. On the way there you will pass by Jamtli and Ica Maxi. Ski stadium is 4km away. Across the street is a forest area. Nice ski tracks in the winter. Idyll to have a walk in summer. Our hot tub may be used. During the period June until September, it can be found. For 4 people. Sauna for relaxing. Or why not just light a fire? The trampoline for the active children is also welcome to use. Everything happens on your own risk.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.
