The cottage is located by the shores of Lake Storsjön in a south-facing location. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Outbuilding with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub available to rent for an additional cost and by agreement. Wood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. The gingerbread house in Mörsil

Modern & cozy vacation home with all the amenities and a little luxury needed for a pleasant stay. Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Fresh villa of 143 square meters

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. There is sleeping space for 4-5 people with room for more. With a soccer goal, countless soccer balls, a trampoline and a hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most of the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other goodies in summer. We moved in late 2020, which is why we dare to say that the accommodation meets the vast majority of expectations you can have for a newly built house.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Gröna huset

Perfect accommodation for those who love animals. On the farm there are dogs, cats and over 300 wonderfully cute goats. We will be happy to show you around the farm so you can meet the goats. Babies are coming in the spring, so if you want to see the kids running around, Feb-May is the perfect time. But also in summer when they go out to pasture. Pleasant excursion destinations to waterfalls and caves. Nice swimming area. For an additional fee, there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub.

Your Swedish Retreat

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Relax with the whole family or with friends in this peaceful summer idyll. A newly renovated house right by the Indalsälven river. Lakefront plot with a south-facing location, private jetty, jetty house and wood-fired hot tub. Take an evening dip from the jetty or at the water's edge. Or why not stand and fish right on the property. There is also access to a hot tub on the terrace that is always ready to relax in.

Our beautiful log cabin welcomes you with its warmth, so you can immediately feel comfortable and start relaxing. Located directly on Lake Öjarn, this cozy stay awaits you, from which you can start countless adventures such as canoe tours and raft rides, snowshoe hikes, husky sleigh rides and ice fishing. And then you can end the day in the sauna or hot tub or by a cozy fire at the windbreak hut. Welcome!

Rödögården

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation close to nature, just a stone's throw from the big lake and swimming! 20 minutes by car to Östersund city centre, or 1 hour to Åre/the mountains. We are new to renting out, so more photos and better descriptions are on the way :) But we think it's so wonderful to live here close to nature and Storsjön, so we want to give more people the opportunity!

Welcome to our family-friendly house in a quiet and cozy residential area close to nature and the city. Here you live 10 minutes by car next to Östersund's city center. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms with up to 7 beds, a living room, a family room upstairs, a fully-equipped kitchen, two fresh bathrooms as well as a gym, jacuzzi and barbecue area. Välkommen att hyra vårt hus i Svensta, Järpen! Detta är perfekta stället för naturupplevelse, friluftsliv eller vila. Svensta ligger 5 min med bil från Järpen, 20 min från Åre skidanläggning och 5 min från Ristafallet vattenfall. Det finns sjöar och vandringsleder i närheten.
