A nice one-room apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on a lake plot in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön and its own dock. The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. A set of bed linens and towels are included. Biking distance to Östersund city center (about 5 km) and good bus connection is available. Free parking for one car in the yard. Regards Johan

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Peaceful campsite by the river with its own dock

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. To live a somewhat simple life for a while, without having to do without any modern conveniences. To let go of everyday worries, put your mobile phone aside and allow yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, make coffee and cook over an open fire. The bed will be made up when you arrive. A warm welcome!

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Cosy cottage in Ås on the outskirts of Östersund

Cabin is located on our house with a nice location 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed, kitchen, shower/wc. Underfloor heating. Parking in our driveway. Suitable for max 2 people. Our returning guests point out the tranquility/silence & the babbling stream next to the cabin that creates a soothing noise, also points out beautiful views of the lake and mountains and the proximity to the beach.

It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
