Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Charming 65 m2 basement apartment in a picturesque residential area in Mölndal, centrally located near Gothenburg. We make the beds and clean the apartment at no extra charge. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and seating. There are 2-3 bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, one with two single beds. There is a single bed in the living room as well as an extra double bed in the large entrance room if needed. You live in the apartment, which is equipped with Wi-Fi. We welcome guests over 25 years of age. We hosts live upstairs.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
