Come and stay in our newly built guest house in a quiet villa oasis near central Gothenburg. There is both a tram and bus within a 5-minute walk that takes you quickly to the city center or Liseberg. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow staircase and there is not standing height up in the loft. There is room for one car in our driveway.

In Gothenburg, Tredje Långgatan is known for its lively cultural, shopping, bar, and restaurant life. Here you also have proximity to nature in the Castle Forest and the Botanical Garden. By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. Cozy and fresh one-bedroom apartment close to large grocery stores, tram stop, natural area and Liseberg. If you have a car, you can easily get to the Delsjö area or to the sea for a swim. Näset, Smithiska Udden or Fiskebäck are 10 minutes away. The apartment is complete with everything you can wish for. There is a 140 cm bed and a comfortable sofa you can make up. Parking and internet included. If you take the car here, you also do not have to drive through the city center and all the complicated traffic.

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). This cozy loft apartment is located in a tranquil area just 7 minutes by tram from the hub “Korsvägen” in The Event District, Gothenburg’s meeting place for families as well as congress visitors. ”Korsvägen” is also where the airport busses run. The tram stop is just a 5 minute walk (500m) from the apartment. If you wish to take the bus to the greener parts of town, the bus stop is only 170m from your accommodation.
