The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The flat is a 5-minute walk from Lake Kronenburg and the Kyllradweg cycle route (Europe's longest cycle route). My accommodation offers a total of 7 sleeping places (one double bed, one loft bed and two comfortable sofa beds). The flat has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Tea, coffee, bed sheets and towels are provided. I manage several holiday apartments on the same property. Larger groups are welcome!
