There is a nice fireplace in the living room, which invites you in the cold season. All rooms are at ground level. Villa relaxation

The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
