Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

A 150 sq. m apartment with an expensive modern renovation in the historic part of the city, a 5-minute walk from Primorsky Boulevard and Deribasovskaya Street. There are 2 rooms (each with 2 beds), a 100 m2 hall with a soft area, a bar counter, a billiard table and a lounge area by the fireplace. A comfortable desk for work. Only natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the finishing. You can park your car in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed! Smoking is not allowed in the apartments!
