Each tiny house has its own private garden, swing and barbecue. The area shown in the photos is all yours and is not a shared space. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you'll need. The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

3+1 with Garden for 6 People in Demirkaya Plaza

Our 3+1 apartment, located in the Deluxe Residence, which consists of 2 floors and 52 apartments, is one of the 2 largest apartments in the plaza and is a corner apartment. It faces south and has a full sea view. It also has a 40 m2 west-facing garden. There is a table for 6 people and a barbecue in the garden. The first room has a double bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom. In the second room, there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The 3rd room has 1 single bed and a TV. An additional fee of 2,000 TL per person is charged for an extra bed and an extra guest.

In your bed or by the fireplace, if you like. We have a barbecue in the garden, there is nothing like chatting by the barbecue. Our village is quiet, calm, peaceful. We are waiting for you.

Deveci Konağı is a spacious and comfortable three-storey villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. With a capacity of 10 guests, it is particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our house has 5 rooms, 4 air-conditioning units, and a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Heating is provided by a boiler. There are 2 barbecues for guest use on the veranda with a glass balcony, a seating area in the garden, a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a cot for families with children.
