The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Villan är ganska stor och har en härlig, stor pool på 50 m² som passar perfekt för att svalka sig eller bara hänga och ha kul. Den stora trädgården är superfin och perfekt för allt från fotboll och kubb till picknick eller bara slappa i solen.
