Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

The bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and the living room a sofa bed – sleeping up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Quiet location about 300 m from the sea and restaurants, 4 minutes to the harbour and boats to Smögen. Scenic walking trail and outdoor gym nearby. 1 parking included.
