A very neat and nice newly renovated apartment in the ground floor of a villa with 4 sleeping places. Located on a quiet street close to the city center and swimming areas. The apartment consists of modern equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed for two, between the hall and the living room there is a bunk bed. The apartment has open plan. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Patio with garden furniture and grill. Distance to the city center in Kungshamn is approximately 300 meters and to the swimming area approximately 700 meters. *High season V.25-32 *Low season V.18-24 & V. 33-39

Newly renovated basement apartment in Sotenäs. The house is located on Örn, 10 km from Kungshamn. The nearest beach is in a 10-minute walking distance. At 20-30 min walking distance there is Bua heath nature reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking space is in the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that no TV / wifi is available and it is low ceilings. Dog and cat are located in the house above the apartment. Warm welcome!

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Välkomna till detta soliga och havsnära samt familjevänliga boende i Kungshamn! Här bor ni härligt 10+ Vill du njuta av allt som kusten har att erbjuda men ändå inte bo mitt i smeten? Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.
