Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. The apartment consists of a modern equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed for two, between the hall and the living room there is a bunk bed. The apartment has an open floor plan. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Patio with garden furniture and grill. Unique accommodation on its own headland in the middle of the Fjällbacka archipelago. You can get here by pre-ordered transport. Phone number will be sent to you after booking. The family has lived here since the early 1800s. All of the old charm and its origin has been taken care of with great care. There are two houses for rent in different combinations. The houses are tastefully furnished to a high standard and are located on the beach with a private jetty and a lake house. There is also a sauna to rent for SEK 1,000.

Everywhere it smells like flowers and the light is absolutely amazing. The house is located high on a hilltop with terrace all around and with two patios that allow you to enjoy the sun all day/evening.

House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

Takes about 15 minutes. Limited parking by the house (1-2 cars) but there is parking in the marina. Final cleaning is done by the guest

Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.
