A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. Cottage 55m² and new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

The cabin, built from old smoke sauna logs, is located in the lake landscape of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic and natural wilderness experience for couples and travellers seeking peace and quiet.

A new, rough studio apartment with a French balcony, located in the green landscapes of Puijonlaakso, next to Kysin and the university. Private parking space in the yard. Accessible to the apartment. Kuopio city center is 2.5 km away. Right in front of the apartment is a bus stop, from which two lines run in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with a beach.

Cozy studio in the Archipelago City

A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.

This great place is close to everything. The flat is opposite the City Theatre. From the balcony you can also see the Valkeinen pond and in summer the fountain. The city center is about a 10-minute walk. Kuntolaakso's indoor swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. KYS is a 15-minute walk away. Bus stop right next door. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in Kuntolaakso's paid car park. All textiles in the home are washed with fragrance-free detergents.

This is where you'll sleep well, even though the train and bus station are located in the yard. In the yard, K-Supermarket, lunch restaurant, Barots quick restaurant + other services. The harbour and market area are a short walk away. Sheets and towels provided.
