Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Free parking is available in the apartment's yard. The store is 800 m away, the bus stop is 50 m away. Close to Jynkänvuori's outdoor area/forest (ski trails/jogging trails) and Lippumäki's sports area (e.g. indoor swimming pool, artificial ice rink, football field, gym and playgrounds and skate parks).

If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.
